Our California client has an exciting opportunity for a Urologist to join them. Bread and Butter General Urology, succession planning for 2 senior group members. Call is 1:6 taken from home. Our preferred candidate is BE/BC Urology, graduate of a US Medical School with an exceptional educational and practice history. Large Multi-specialty Group of 25 physicians: 5 General/Trauma Surgeons (soon-to-be 7), 3 Cardiovascular Surgeons, 3 Gastroenterologists, 5 Urologists, 3 Internists, 2 ENTs, 1 FP, 1 Neurosurgeon, 1 Ortho Surgeon Compensation package includes salary, sign-on bonus, annual bonus award, full health/life/dental/vision benefits package, 401k, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage, relocation expenses.
