Seeking an Internist/Family Medicine Physician for our Gerontology practice in Southern N! ew Jersey! Seeking a board certified or board eligible physician with a geriatric background to join us as an employed physician. This gerontologist will help us to provide continuity of care to our patients by establishing a relationship with two (2) nursing homes. This is an opportunity to invest into our home market with outpatient office hours and nursing home rotations. We believe having a gerontologist on site will assist in minimizing the readmission of those nursing home patients with our targeted diagnoses.
