La tesorería en Baxter atiende profesionales de diferentes áreas nacionalidades, con responsabilidad, respeto y con una clara orientación de servicio, lo que apoya desde las actividades administrativas nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas
Principales responsabilidades:
Diligenciamiento cartas y formatos bancos, proveedores, entre otros.
Coordinación pagos en bancos y diligencias con equipo de mensajeros.
Consecución y seguimiento a facturas y soportes para elaboración de informe régimen cambiario.
Organización archivo físico y digital de cartas, régimen cambiario, documentos bancos, etc.
Consulta y actualización archivo saldos diarios de bancos para traslados entre cuentas.
Elaboración órdenes de compra en sistema COUPA
