YOUR ROLE

  • Develop annual customer and business plan in line with business objectives
  • Develop TV channel promotion plan and propose and negotiate with TV channel retailers
  • Manage the relationship with TV channel retailers, answering queries, resolving problems etc. and/or providing positive relationships with vendors
  • Work in close cooperation with other sales channels, trade marketing and global e-commerce team to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results
  • Follow the profitability of TV channel on responsible categories providing proactive action plans in order to secure the profitability as well as stable growth
  • Execute sales strategies and plans on time in full and monitor sales progress
  • Directly report to TV channel manager

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Sales of FMCG is required
  • Experience in TV channel business or key account management is required
  • Good communication skill in Korean is required and English is preferred
  • Business minded, Customer oriented, Self-motivated, High-performance behavior, Able to influence, Strong analytical, Problem solving, Negotiation skills, Organizational planning and prioritization skill
