- New idea generation
- PMO and idea implementation
To succeed in this SVP Business Banking job, you will need good skills in strategy and leadership.
Key Requirements:
- At least eight years' professional experience in retail banking with a mix of business or strategy consulting, restructuring or profound experience in the transformation of business functions for corporates
- Master's degree or MBA will be considered a strong asset
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a precise way of working
- Experience with managing complex business projects, such as carve-outs, post merger integration projects, corporate transformation projects or value creation projects
- Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong people and leadership skills (including cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development and coaching)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and team player
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
