To keep pace with the changing health care environment and build a healthier future for our children, Nemours has embarked on a multi-phase expansion to create a children’s hospita! l like no other in the region. Upon completion in June 2014, t! he hospital will include private patient rooms, a new Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and a new expanded Emergency Department.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join Nemours, one of the nation's premier pediatric health systems, as part of the Nemours Pediatric Partners at Bryn Mawr Hospital located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Interested pediatric hospitalist will provide 24/7 coverage as the attending general pediatricians for a 16-bed inpatient unit. Clinical responsibilities will also include oversight and teaching of family medicine house staff, consultation for pediatric patients in the Emergency Department, and providing sedation for children undergoing procedures and imaging studies.
