The ORR Training Manager will ensure that Endeavors Migrant Services’ staff are adequately trained and familiar with all ORR policy necessary for their assigned role and that all direct care and leadership staff are kept apprised and trained as policy changes occur regarding any aspect of ORR program execution.
In addition to overseeing ORR policy training, the ORR Training Manager will audit staff records, processes, and deliverables to identify needed training and for compliance with ORR policy and guidance.
