Description: Summit Medical Group is currently seeking to employ GERIATRICIAN, SUMMIT MEDICAL GROUP right now, this position will be assigned in New Jersey. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. As we continue to expand our clinical geriatric services, Summit Medical Group has an immediate need for a skilled Geriatrician cli! nician with the ability to help coordinate the growth we are experiencing in our Geriatric Services Department. Additional elements of the position include home visits in support with community-based agencies and health care provider agencies serving SMG patients and daily travel between care settings. Successful candidate will be Board Certified in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and have clinical experience providing care to predominately geriatric patients across a full spectrum of hospital, post-acute care rehabilitation, nursing home, and office settings. Certificate of Added Qualification in Geriatric Medicine from either ABIM or ABFM and prior administrative experience serving as a Medical Director are highly desirable.
