Description: Placements USA LLC is at present recruited Family Practice (Geriatrics) right now, this position will be placed in New Jersey. Family Practice (Geriatrics) - A PACE model program located in South Jersey is seeking a full “seasoned†internist or family practice doctor, preferably a Geriatrician to provide direct clinical care at a day center site and other facilities as needed. Candidate must possess good communication skills and be willing to work in a team environment. Bi- lingual Spanish speaking is a plus although not required.
Current staff- Medical Director/PCP, two advanced nurse practitioners
Requirements:
• Licensed by AMA or AOA and in go! od standing with Medicare, Medicaid.
• Possess (or acti! vely pursue) a valid NJ CDS and DEA license.
• Experience in the care of chronically ill and frail seniors in various settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record
• Responsible for on call - rotational basis
