The Role



  • Servicing and administration of current portfolio
  • Develop strategies to create new business opportunities
  • To work, together with the Retail operation, in a joint account planning
  • To visit periodically clients and WTW offices locally and outside of Mexico City
  • To be part of the team to learn and expand the group initiatives
  • To assist the local team in charge of control and administration of Mexican operations in all related matters regarding all lines of business

The Requirements



  • University Degree, desirable Actuarial, Engineering or Administration degrees.
  • 5 years minimum experience in the Insurance /Reinsurance industry
  • Knowledge of English language
  • High level of self-administration skills
  • Sociable (with inside teams and outside with clients)
  • Easy to develop public relationships
  • Ascertainable good level of basic software (Windows office, outlook)
  • Results orientated
