Main Tasks:
- Liaise with clients on an ad-hoc basis when solving serious operational problems or dealing with complaints
- Provide supports to other Air Freight shipment within the office when called upon
- Assures shipment process is in accordance with policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved.
- Ensure shipment processing is executed in line with quality & safety procedures
- Ensure all financial and administrative activities comply with DGF standards, at all times.
- Work in accordance with all SOP’s relating to the Air Freight Shipments
Requirements:
- College/University bachelor in International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Logistic & Supply Chain or relevant education preferably in Supply Chain/Logistic sector.
- Have logic thinking and analytical skills.
- Good attitude and teamwork
- Fluent in English verbal/written communication
