Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicates with clients via phone, email, chat, or in-person to offer assistance and information on the products or services provided.
- Records and inputs orders for new or additional items or services.
- Handles customer inquiries and grievances, and refers issues beyond the agent's expertise to the relevant specialist or other staff member.
- Ensures that appropriate measures are taken to address clients' problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of their interactions with details of inquiries, grievances, or comments.
- Limited warehouse responsibilities include: operating a forklift to move inventory, coordinating shipping programs, and ordering supplies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- B2B Customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds at times.
