We are currently seeking landscape and maintenance gardeners to join our small but well established design, construction & maintenance landscaping business based in Preston. Most properties are within 10km of the CBD. Horticultural or landscaping knowledge is required.
The successful candidate will ideally:
- have an interest in sustainable horticulture and construction
- be willing to learn from / teach others
- have good plant knowledge
- be well versed in construction techniques
- practice organic gardening
- be self motivated
- be able to show attention to detail and consistently maintain a high standard
- be reliable and punctual
- be able to communicate effectively and appropriately with co-workers and clientele
- be well mannered and presented
- be OH&S aware
- be competent & responsible with a variety of tools
- be able to work in a team environment and solo
- have a manual drivers licence
- be qualified and/or experienced in horticulture and/or landscaping
