Radial’s fulfillment solutions delight our clients’ customers by providing a seamless experience from order through fulfillment center processing and delivery. We use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the end-to-end e-commerce processes, reducing costs for our client while enhancing the customer experience.

Role Summary:



Ensure effective and efficient utilization of workforce to minimize variable labor cost as balanced against service level delivery expectations. Plans, organizes, and manages the workload from forecasts and staffing calculations to create efficient schedules and management reports. Continually improve the forecasting and scheduling predictions across all clients and site combinations. Oversee the direct or indirect production of schedules across the network. Perform and handle other duties/tasks, as assigned by Director, Workforce Planning.


Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Workforce Management Team, ensure optimum staff utilizations and use of resources through development of efficient schedules from direct schedule creation or indirectly through the oversight of site scheduling processes

  • Strong working relationship with Site Operations leaders to ensure a cohesive approach for developing and managing schedules across all sites

  • Perform analysis of findings/trends using statistical analysis, modeling, process documentation, profitability analysis, etc.

  • Maintain Workforce Management System

  • Generate daily impact level summaries on SLA and performance

  • Adjust intraday/intraweek workforce requirements based on dynamic business volumes

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and partner with site leadership to implement

  • Accountable for network workforce scheduling and optimization

  • Manage large data sets to deliver financial and operational results

  • Influence key stakeholders to improve Scheduling efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Strong people leader with proven skills in influence without authority and process development

  • Some knowledge in operations including experience with sites orchestrating end to end flow while delivering on productivity targets

  • High financial acumen and ability to understand client forecasts & indirectly manage an annual workforce budget across a network of fulfillment centers

  • Ability to understand, organize and thrive in highly variable volume operations while overseeing the delivery of KPIs and SLAs

  • Sense of urgency and hands-on problem-solving skills to immediately identify and implement course corrections

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Lean thinker, continuous improvement leader

  • Organizational agility and good influencing skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
