Salary Range: $50,000 - $58,000 USD annually + Benefits

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, exact compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized professional to join us as a Plant Administrator in our Othello Washington Facility. As the successful candidate, you will provide all administrative support functions representing the Plant Leadership Team, visitors to the Othello plant, and other plant personnel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Position reports primarily to the HR Business Partner for direction and guidance in performing secretarial / administrative duties determining own priorities. Handle confidential sensitive employee / customer issues appropriately within job scope.

  • Provide administrative support to ease managers’ workload.

  • Collect, maintain, and distribute different reports

  • Communicates executive instructions to various individuals / or departments.

  • Resident travel resource. Handle all travel for factory personnel, including airline tickets, book room accommodations, and reserve rental vehicles in the most economical mode.

  • Serves on the Community Relations Committee with the expectation of meeting quarterly as a committee.

  • Take meeting minutes and maintain action items for the Othello Leadership team meetings and other meetings as required.

  • Maintain all factory-wide meeting room and company car calendars.

  • Serve as point of contact for contractual phone system services and be the resource for voice-mail.

  • Become a Coupa subject matter expert for site.

  • Serve as Administrator for P-Cards for Administration and Operations.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • This position requires a general knowledge of the manufacturing industry

  • Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written

  • Strong computer skills. Specifically with Office 365 Suite and ability to learn new software

  • Outstanding professionalism and interpersonal skills: ability to foster positive working relationships

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
