The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media channels, networking events, and industry-specific resources to identify and engage with potential candidates for healthcare and provider roles.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and initial evaluations, to ensure a match with our company values and job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Healthcare Expertise: Leverage your knowledge and experience in healthcare or provider recruitment to identify and address industry-specific recruitment challenges and opportunities.
- Corporate Recruitment: Utilize your understanding of corporate recruitment practices to support hiring for non-healthcare positions within the organization.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data, using our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with the company's overall goals and values.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Around 2 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare or provider recruitment experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting high-quality candidates for various positions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with candidates effectively.
- A self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving recruitment goals.
- Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to its advancement.
