• This is not your typical subacute facility; it’s more like long-term rehab care with younger patients who are typica! lly at the facility only about 2 weeks
• 10 AM â€" 5 PM work hours, no call, no weekends
• Work independently in a leadership position with alot of prestige

Location: Northern NJ; Morris County

Facility Features: 56 beds with all private rooms and state of the art facilities. It looks more like a W Hotel than a SNF.

Practice Features: Multispecialty group with electronic medical records

Responsibilities:
Provide consults and injections, order PT

See approximately 20 patients/day

Leadership work to include QA/UR meetings, protocol set-up with orthopedic surgeons

No primary care as the medical group has a team of an internist, NP, PA who provide the primary care

No admissions or history and physicals

Work directly with the orthopods at the facility who might also provide referrals to the physiatrist for office care

Work approximately twice ! a week at the office which is 15 minutes away to see patients ! and provide basic injections; probably once during the day and one night, 5 PM â€" 8 PM; the 4 internists in the practice will refer patients to the physiatrist

Affiliation: Employee

Compensation: Guaranteed salary and incentive based on productivity, the incentive is 50% of collections with no cap and will start after the first year and be provided on a quarterly basis

Start Date: September 1, 2013

Benefits: Include but are not limited to malpractice, employee health insurance, $1,000 CME allowance, 4 weeks vacation, a 401(k) after the first year

Qualifications: Board Certified/Qualified physiatrist who is articulate, self-

motivated, a leader, and has excellent interpersonal skills
