We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our project deliverables. We are looking for talented technical writers who will work collaboratively with Project Managers, Business Analyst, Development Teams, Business Managers, and Usability Experts to document processes, technical solutions and business blueprints.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams to obtain in-depth understanding of solution and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy to understand user interface text, online help and developers guides
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in English, Computer science, Engineering or any other equivalent course
- A Business Degree or Advanced Degree will be an advantage
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation and paying attention to details
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong flair for Technology and Business
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
